- Chitchat with a colleague could let another useful opportunity slip away
- Talking to a stapler is not going to help matters
- Smiling once in a while is good for the system
- Its a huge thrill to get the grouchy types to smile at what you said
- Life isn't dull, brighten up for heaven's sake!
- The only way to get things done is by doing them-even if it means making a nuisance of yourself to others

You know what, I look for reminders to No.3 "Smiling..." these days. It is good to come across them at a friends though-pour.
