There is ESP..we can't prove it but we know its there..its almost like this network among us, friends, family and loved ones..and it shows up in unexpected ways and we are left pondering about its mystery when we come across such events in life..
ESP has happened to me more than once in life, in fact I can safely say it shows up quite frequently in my life. The most recent occurrence happened just yesterday..I had been thinking about A&H, good friends of mine, and have been wanting to mail them and get in touch with them for quite some time now, but have been postponing it for one reason or the other. And yesterday I almost mailed them but a brief powercut prevented me from doing so..when I opened my account after the power was restored there was a message waiting for me from H...I almost think its like this invisible tie that binds us all in a network of sorts..have yet to figure out how this works, but I'm sure that it exists...
It also is true of other modes of communication and across other situations in life..u get phone calls from people you have been thinking about just at that moment, or a song that has been playing in ure head is the first thing you hear when you turn on the radio..and the list goes on..

Its True.... do u want know,How it is working? Simple ..... Take all the universe as god (including u and me).. U will get the answer..
For eg , Consider all the universe like water. If u put stone in the water it will make waves in the water.the size of the waves depends upon the stone.
Like that our thoughts also moves among the universe but the power of waves depends upon the thought's creater .
When u wish to do something or when u think abt somebody ... the waves reaches those person...
If u want to know more, read Bagavath Geetha or viveganandhar books....
(Are u practicing meditation, yoga or piranayama ? if not do ,.. u can feel more ESP.. in ur daily life.)
I dont know but i think a simple answer may be that there was equal probability for you have recieved the mail or not. Since it happened in your favour you consider the case as supportive of ESP.
But i also believe in this :)
